Your reading history, saved cards and streak live on your iPhone. They are included in its iCloud or computer backup, so setting up a new iPhone from a backup of the old one brings them with it. There are no accounts yet, so there is no other way to move them. Zubda+ belongs to your Apple ID, so it follows you: see Restoring Zubda+ below.سجل قراءتك وبطاقاتك المحفوظة وسلسلة أيامك محفوظة على جهازك، وتدخل ضمن نسخته الاحتياطية في iCloud أو على الحاسوب، فإذا جهّزت الآيفون الجديد من نسخة احتياطية للقديم انتقلت معه. ولا حسابات في التطبيق بعد، فلا طريقة أخرى لنقلها. أما «زبدة+» فمرتبط بحسابك في Apple، فينتقل معك، كما في فقرة استعادة الاشتراك أدناه.
Check that the daily reminder is on in the app's Settings, and that notifications for Zubda are allowed in the iPhone's own Settings, under Notifications. The reminder comes once a day, at the time you chose, to say that today's ideas are ready. It is skipped on a day you have already reached your daily goal, and if you haven't opened Zubda for a week it comes once a week instead.تأكد أن التذكير اليومي مفعّل في إعدادات التطبيق، وأن إشعارات «زبدة» مسموح بها في إعدادات الآيفون، ضمن الإشعارات. ويصلك التذكير مرة في اليوم، في الوقت الذي اخترته، ليخبرك أن أفكار يومك جاهزة. ولا يُرسل في يوم بلغت فيه هدفك اليومي. وإذا مر أسبوع لم تفتح فيه التطبيق، صار يصلك مرة في الأسبوع.
Open Settings in the app and choose English or العربية. Everything changes at once, including the cards.افتح الإعدادات في التطبيق واختر العربية أو English، فتتغيّر الواجهة كلها دفعة واحدة، ومعها البطاقات.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel or change one, open the iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are decided by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.تتولّى Apple إدارة الاشتراكات. لإلغاء اشتراكك أو تغييره، افتح إعدادات الآيفون واضغط على اسمك ثم «الاشتراكات». والإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي، ويبقى وصولك قائمًا حتى نهاية المدة التي دفعت ثمنها. وحذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك. أما استرداد المبالغ فتقرّره Apple عبر reportaproblem.apple.com.
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchases", under the Zubda+ card. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.على آيفون جديد أو بعد إعادة التثبيت، افتح الإعدادات في التطبيق واضغط «استعادة المشتريات» تحت بطاقة «زبدة+»، مستخدمًا حساب Apple نفسه الذي اشتركت به.
In the app's Settings, under Start over, tap "Reset everything" and confirm. This clears what the app holds, including saved cards, your streak, your reading history, your topics, your name and your reminder, and gives the app a new usage identifier. It cannot be undone. Your language, appearance and usage choice stay as they were, and so does Zubda+, which belongs to your Apple ID. Deleting the app clears everything it kept on your phone.من إعدادات التطبيق، ضمن «البدء من جديد»، اضغط «إعادة تعيين كل شيء» ثم أكّد. يمحو ذلك ما يحفظه التطبيق، ومنه البطاقات المحفوظة وسلسلة أيامك وسجل قراءتك ومواضيعك واسمك والتذكير، ويمنح التطبيق معرّف استخدام جديدًا، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. وتبقى لغتك ومظهر التطبيق واختيارك في مشاركة الاستخدام كما كانت، وكذلك «زبدة+»، فهو مرتبط بحسابك في Apple. أما حذف التطبيق فيمحو كل ما حفظه على هاتفك.
What the app keeps, what it sends and to whom is in the privacy policy. Anonymous usage events are sent only if you allow them, and the "Share anonymous usage" switch in the app's Settings turns them on or off at any time.
